☾ To enquire regarding commissions/request a commission, please open a ticket in my Discord server.
☾ I will not be able to accept your commission if you have been banned from my server.
What can you commission me to create?
You can commission me to:
☾ Create a full-size custom model, including Quest compatibility
☾ Create a good-rated optimised model for events, including Quest compatibility
☾ Edit a pre-existing model to your liking
☾ Create and texture custom assets from scratch
☾ Convert a pre-existing model to good-rated for events
☾ Convert a pre-existing model to Quest
☾ Render images of a model
Conversions/renders of pre-existing models require proof of purchase and proof of consent from the original creator. You must also gift a copy of the model to me. See sections 1.4 and 2.1 of TOS below for more information.
What do I need in order to request a commission?
☾ Before requesting a commission, please ensure you have read and understand the information on pricing/TOS listed below.
☾ Please send as many reference images as possible so I can accurately provide a price estimate for your commission.
☾ As mentioned above, if you would like me to edit a pre-existing model by another creator, ensure you have a copy of your receipt and proof of their consent to proceed.
What is okay to request?
☾ More information on projects I may refuse can be found in sections 1.3, 1.4 and 4.6 of the TOS listed below. I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any other reason not listed in the TOS.
Full-size models (personal use ONLY)
☾ Prices start from $250, though this may vary depending on the complexity of your request. You must gift any assets you wish for me to use (see TOS below)
☾ No commercial use available for full models (see TOS below)
Good-rated models for events
☾ Custom good-rated models start from $125, though this may vary depending on the complexity of your request. You must gift any assets you wish for me to use (see TOS below)
☾ Conversion of an existing model starts from $40. You must provide proof of purchase and obtain consent from the original creator if you did not create the model yourself (see TOS below)! Add 20% extra for commercial use.
Quest Conversion
☾ Prices start from $35. Add 20% extra for commercial use.
Edits of pre-existing models (personal use ONLY)
☾ Prices start from $35, depending on the complexity of your request. You must provide proof of purchase and obtain consent from the original creator if you did not create the model yourself (see TOS below)!
Single assets
☾ Single assets start from $25 though this may vary depending on the complexity of your request. Add 20% for commercial use.
Asset sets
☾ Full asset sets (one top, one bottom and up to two accessories) start from $65, though this may vary depending on the complexity of your request/number of items needed. Add 20% for commercial use.
Single renders
☾ Single renders for one model start from $20. Add $5 per additional model present in the scene.
☾ If there is a specific render scene you'd like me to use, it must be gifted to me before work begins.
Render packages
☾ Render packages at a discounted rate (up to three renders in different outfits/poses) start from $50. Add $5 per additional model present in the scene.

1. General Terms
1.1 Usage & Redistribution
☾ You may not resell, redistribute, share, or make commissioned models public under any circumstances.
☾ Commissioned assets must remain for your personal use unless a commercial license is granted.
1.2 Store & Resale Use
☾ Commissioned assets may only be sold as part of a complete VRChat avatar/model, and only if commercial use has been agreed to/discussed with me beforehand.
☾ Your commissioned model or asset will not be listed or sold in my store without consent.
1.3 Ethical Boundaries
☾ I will not create content that is hateful or harmful to other individuals.
☾ I will not create models/assets/renders using “loli” bases or any content that sexualises minors.
1.4 Copyright & Originality
☾ I will not recreate or replicate models, assets, or renders made by other creators.
☾ If you wish for me to quest-convert/optimise/make changes to another creator's model, you must provide legitimate proof of ownership and gift a copy of the model to me (see section 2). You must also obtain consent from the original creator to do so.
☾ I will not create work based on pre-existing copyrighted characters, brands, IP, or franchises.
2. Third-party Asset Use & Requirements
2.1 Third-Party Asset Rules
☾ You must follow the TOS of any asset requested for use in your commission. E.g. if an asset creator requires both the commissioner and artist to own the asset, you must purchase a copy for yourself and gift a separate copy to me.
2.2 Gifting Paid Assets
☾ You are responsible for gifting any paid assets you wish to use. These must be in my possession as soon as possible after work begins to avoid delays.
☾ I will provide you with a list of all bases/heads I own. If I do not own a base you wish for me to use, it must be gifted.
2.3 Models protected by Gonso License and other protection systems
☾ I am unable to modify or convert models protected by Gonso License.
☾ I will not assist you in removing the license system from models.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Policy
☾ A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to secure your commission spot.
☾ 50% payment upfront is required before I am able to begin working on your commissioned model/asset/render.
☾ Payment in full is required before any files or final deliverables are provided. I do not offer payment plans.
3.2 Pricing structure
☾ The price of your commission will be agreed upon before work begins. This reflects the time required to complete your project.
☾ Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of your request, but you will be made aware of the final price before work begins.
☾ Should you request additional features whilst work is ongoing, this will be reflected in an alteration to the final cost. You will be made aware of this before I make any changes.
3.3 Refunds
☾ No refunds once work has begun.
☾ If I am unable to complete your commission due to an issue on my end, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
4. VRChat-Specific Terms
4.1 Credit Requirements
☾ Credit must be given when sharing images of my work online/when selling a package that contains my render or commissioned asset.
Required credit placements include:
- Social media posts featuring my model- you must credit me in the description
- Any Gumroad/Payhip/Jinxxy/alternative store listings using my assets- you must credit me as the creator and hyperlink my store.
4.2 Edits, Modifications & Integrity of Work
☾ You may make personal edits (e.g., texture changes, toggles, personalisation). The model must still be recognisable as my work.
☾ You may not remove my watermark/signature, claim the model as your own, or make edits that break section 1.3 of this TOS.
4.3 Upload & Sharing Rules
☾ You may upload the model to YOUR VRChat account as a private upload.
☾ Uploading for friends, partners, or others is strictly prohibited.
☾ Public avatar uploads are not allowed.
4.4 File Delivery
☾ For models, final delivery is provided as a Unity Package unless otherwise agreed.
☾ Uploads directly to your VRChat account can also be provided at no additional cost.
4.5 Commercial Licensing
☾ Must be negotiated before work begins.
☾ “Commercial Use” includes:
- Selling avatars that contain my assets
- Use for monetised content or branding (VTubing, Twitch, YouTube, etc.)
☾ Commercial use does not permit leaking/redistribution, resale of commissioned avatars, or sharing/resale of assets outside of a complete avatar.
4.6 NSFW & Safety
☾ You must be 18+ to request NSFW models/renders/assets.
☾ As per section 1.3, I will not create content that sexualises minors/utilises 'loli' bases.
☾ Depending on the content, I may refuse NSFW requests at my discretion.
4.7 Turnaround & Deadlines
☾ An estimated turnaround time will be given upon acceptance.
☾ Delays may occur due to workload, complexity, or queue size.
☾ Rush deadlines may incur an additional fee.
4.8 Communication & Updates
☾ WIPs (Work-In-Progress updates) will be provided at agreed milestones.
☾ If you do not respond within a reasonable time, progress may be delayed.
4.9 Licensing
☾ You are purchasing a non-transferable license to use the commissioned work. This includes the right to my designs, files, or rights to recreate/redistribute them.
☾ By default, all commissions are Personal Use Only, unless a commercial license is agreed upon.
☾ Commercial licenses for resale of full models, including edits, are not available. This option only applies to Quest/good rated conversions of models created by the commissioner.
5. Right to Refuse
☾ A ban from my server will result in automatic refusal of service.
☾ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including reasons not listed in this TOS.
