Terms of Service (for avatars)

By purchasing a Rice model, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and guidelines listed below-

☾ If you need an upload of a model, please open a ticket in my Discord server with proof of purchase- uploads are free! DO NOT ask someone else to upload it for you.

☾ DO NOT make my models public under any circumstances, regardless of whether you’ve edited it or not. I WILL ask you to remove the upload. Please respect my wishes.

☾ NO sharing/leaking/price splitting/trading etc- if you wish to use my model you must purchase it directly from my store page. Resale is strictly prohibited.

☾ As stated in the credits section, you CANNOT remove assets or textures from my models for personal use. If you wish to use anything for yourself in your own works, you MUST obtain them from the original creators. Their stores are linked in the credits section.

☾ Additionally, DO NOT reuse textures that have been created by me. These textures are made specifically for this model and must not be used on any other models!

☾ DO NOT claim my model as your own creation. Don’t claim you created the model yourself or resell an edited version.

☾ Using my models for Instagram/tiktok/etc is fine AS LONG AS you leave a link to the model’s page in the description of the post.

☾ You may edit my models if you wish. I am not liable if you break the package in doing so. You CANNOT resell an edited version or upload a public version.

☾ You CANNOT use my models, my assets or the Rice/RiceVR brand IN ANY WAY to generate AI images or videos/train AI models/create NFTs/to promote Cryptocurrency.

☾ Incorrect information at checkout will result in non-refundable revoked access. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct.

By purchasing a Rice asset, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and guidelines listed below-

☾ To credit when using this asset, please add '(asset name) by Rice' or similar with a link to my store in the model's description.

☾ My assets can be used on personal, commercial, free and public models. Please make it clear to your customers that they must purchase the asset from me directly if they wish to use it in their own works.

☾ NO sharing/leaking/price splitting/trading etc- if you wish to use this asset you must obtain it directly from my store page.

☾ DO NOT claim my assets as your own creation. Edits are okay (I’d love to see them- there’s a channel for this in my discord server!) but please don’t claim you created the asset yourself, resell the asset on its own or resell an edited version on its own.

☾ If you would like to use my asset on a vtuber avatar etc please CONTACT ME DIRECTLY through my discord server. This type of usage without contacting me first is not permitted.

☾ Please DO NOT purchase if you don’t have basic Blender/Unity knowledge in order to use it correctly.

☾ You CANNOT use my models, my assets or the Rice/RiceVR brand IN ANY WAY to generate AI images or videos/train AI models/create NFTs/to promote Cryptocurrency.

☾ Incorrect information at checkout will result in non-refundable revoked access. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct. You may not use my work commercially if your access has been revoked.
