Terms of Service (for avatars)

☾ If you need an upload of a model purchased from me, please open a ticket in my Discord server. Upload assistance is free! Do not ask others to upload the model for you.

☾ My models may not be made public under any circumstances, including edited versions. Public uploads will result in a DMCA takedown notice.

☾ File sharing, price splitting, trading, or redistributing my models is strictly prohibited. Each user must purchase the model directly from me.

☾ You may not remove or reuse assets, systems, textures, or other components from my models for personal or commercial projects. Please obtain assets directly from their original creators.

☾ Textures created by me are exclusive to my models and may not be reused, redistributed, or repurposed.

☾ Do not claim my models as your own work, and do not resell edited versions. Unauthorised resale will result in a DMCA takedown notice.

☾ When posting non-monetised images, screenshots or short-form content of my models on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc., appropriate credit must be given by linking my username and/or store in the post description. Failure to do so may result in a DMCA takedown notice.

☾ For monetised or non-monetised video content such as YouTube videos, livestreams, Fansly or other NSFW/adult content platforms, and any other long-form media featuring my models, you must obtain prior permission before using my renders, promotional images, or user-generated in-game screenshots/videos of my models. Failure to obtain permission may result in a DMCA takedown notice.

☾ My models may not be used in content involving hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse toward any individual or group.

☾ You are allowed to edit my models for personal use. However, I am not responsible for any issues caused by modifications. Edited versions may not be resold, shared with others or publicly uploaded.

☾ My models, assets, and the Rice/RiceVR brand may not be used for AI training, AI-generated images/videos, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or related content.

☾ My paid models are intended for adults only. Please do not purchase if you are under 18 years old.

☾ Providing incorrect information during checkout may result in non-refundable revoked access. It is your responsibility to ensure all provided information is accurate.

☾ All sales are final. If you experience issues or bugs, please contact me before leaving a review or rating so I can assist you.

Terms of Service (for assets)

☾ When using my assets, proper credit is required. Please include “(Asset Name) by Rice” or similar wording, along with a hyperlink to my store, in your model or project description. Failure to credit me may result in a DMCA takedown notice.

☾ My assets may be used on personal, commercial, free, and public models. However, you must clearly state that anyone wishing to use the asset in their own projects must purchase it directly from my store.

☾ Sharing, leaking, trading, redistributing, or price splitting my assets is strictly prohibited. To use my assets, users must obtain them directly through my official store page.

☾ Do not claim my assets as your own work. Edits and modifications are allowed, and I’d love to see your creations, but you may not claim authorship of the original asset, resell the asset by itself or resell edited versions of the asset by itself.

☾ If you wish to use my assets on a VTuber avatar or similar project, you must contact me directly through my Discord server before use. Unauthorised VTuber usage is not permitted.

☾ Please do not purchase my assets unless you have basic knowledge of Blender and/or Unity required to use them properly. I am not responsible for teaching you how to use these programs.

☾ My models, assets, and the Rice/RiceVR brand may not be used in connection with AI-generated content, AI training, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or related promotional material.

☾ Providing incorrect information during checkout may result in non-refundable revoked access. It is your responsibility to ensure your information is accurate. Commercial usage rights are void if your access has been revoked.
